This privacy policy describes how the École Nationale Polytechnique ("the ENP") collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit its website. It is issued within the framework of Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller
The ENP is the controller of the data collected on this site. The website address is: https://www.enp.edu.dz.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data required to operate the site and provide its services:
- information you voluntarily submit through our forms (contact, application, event registration), such as your name, email address and message;
- technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), recorded for security and for the proper operation of the site.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your requests, manage applications and registrations, ensure the security of the site and meet the institution's legal obligations. This processing relies on your consent, on the performance of a request you make, or on a legal obligation, in accordance with Law No. 18-07.
4. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, for example to remember your language choice or to maintain a secure session when signing in to a restricted area. These cookies do not contain information intended to identify you for commercial purposes and may be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
5. Embedded content from other websites

6. Retention period

The ENP does not sell your personal data. It may be shared only with authorised staff of the institution, with technical service providers acting on its behalf, or with the competent authorities where the law so requires.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Law No. 18-07, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase the data concerning you. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. These requests do not apply to data whose retention is required for administrative, legal or security purposes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
9. Security
The ENP implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
